“Flash” is a 6 year old gelding son of the infamous $7 Million sire, A Streak Of Fling. His dam is just as impressive, as an earning AA daughter of La Jollas Gold, by Streakin La Jolla – Streakin Six.

If you know me personally, you know that I have a type. It is big and yellow. Add in my love for running bred horses, and I think this is one of the nicest looking horses I have ever owned. He has to weigh in at nearly 1350 lbs.

Flash has been ridden inside and outside the arena. This guy has been tuned up like a reiner, and will lope around with his nose in the dirt. You ask, he does, and he is happy to do it. He rides with a bridle, or without one. He is one of the most willing, gentle, easy going horses I have gotten the chance to stick my name on.
He was started on the barrel pattern, hauled to see sights, and has not been entered. Outside of a few turns around the cans, he has moved cows for us here at home. He has been exposed to swinging a rope, roped the dummy, desensitized to the tarp, and other “funny” things. He also has been trail ridden: crossing water, gravel roads, or plodding along outside at home. We have saddled this guy up after 6 weeks off, and he rode off from fresh alfalfa like he had been ridden that same morning.

This guy screams big time, somewhere, with the right person. He is willing and wants to be good, and THAT work ethic is something you can’t train into one. The money in the rope horse industry is huge, here is a chance to be apart of it with a HEAD horse sized prospect that the wife is going to want to take on the off days.
