This gal does ride inside and outside of the arena. She had some time in cowhorse training way back when. Don’t ask with who, or how much, cuz that wasn’t said. You can tell when riding this gal she wasn’t started by a bozo. Regardless, she came to us about 2 months ago, and had an abscess burst right off the trailer, so we never even got to try her. She saddled up after 45 days off without a hitch, put her head in her chest, and trotted off like she was ridden every day of the year.
And oddly enough, this mare is kinda tall for an HBC. She has got the legs. She isn’t thin, but she could look better. This is right out of the pasture, no blanket, on a roundbale shape. Another 150 lbs and she’d be stunning.
